Here is some info about the Honeyberry Haskap plant: *Uses: eaten fresh, jellies, jams, baked into pies, or added to smoothies. *Fruit freezes really well. *Health benefits: Fruit contains significant amounts of potassium, calcium, phosphorus, and iron. Also honeyberries have twice the amount of Vitamin A, and 4 times the amount of vitamin C than blueberries. *Mature Height: 4'-5' foot at maturity. *Bloom time: March *Ripening time: June *Fruit yield: 5-10 lbs. at plant maturity. *Bearing age: 1-2 years. *Heavy producing plant. *Pests- This plant is not bothered by pests or diseases. *Very cold hardy once established. *Hardy to USDA zones 3-8. *pH 5.5-7.5 preferred.
