The condition, unfortunately, is only fair. The book is disbound, and, along with the covers, the title page, the map, and the book catalog in the back of the book are also missing. Aside from these obvious flaws, what is left is well-bound and remains in very good shape, with only minor signs of age and use; the illustration of "machines for bathing" is present.
