This brochure is a 12 pages oblong booklet format that folds open to about 12” x 9”. The front cover panel is titled ERIE FOR BUSINESS AND PLEASURE. This brochure has lots of photos and detailed information on Erie including information of the Erie Traction Company and the Buffalo & Lake Erie Traction Company and a map showing local rail connections. This brochure isn’t dated but looks to be from the 1910s and early 1920s. The brochure has a bit of what looks like insect damage along one of the fold lines on the cover but is otherwise fully complete and well intact. Staples are trifle rusty. Overall condition is good.
