The piece is in fair condition with some wear on the edges, some water damage along the lower right corner, and a few smudges on the back cover. It measures 8.5" by 3 5/8". I do offer combined shipping for all of my auctions, but please wait till I (not eBay) send you a combined invoice before paying.
