Click images to enlarge Description This is the official 1946 football program between the Minnesota Golden Gophers and the Wyoming Cowboys. The game was played October 19, 1946 at Memorial Stadium in Minneapolis. This program is from Michigan's National Championship season. The Golden Gophers beat the Cowboys 46-0. The Golden Gophers finished the 1946 season 5-4 and finished 5th in the Big 9. These "programs" are very rare, as they are just a single page with the rosters of both teams printed on one side, and some backround information on the other side. As such, most of them were just thrown out after the game. The condition of this program/roster sheet is pretty good. It was folded in half, and there is a tiny 1/4" tear on the right edge, tothe right of #25 of Wyoming. Please check the scans.
