1954 Stark & Wetzel Card Featuring Ray Keech, 1929 Indianapolis 500 Winner

Description: The ungraded card from the "carbking" collection has a slight corner crease, surface wear, and corner wear. There is some minor spotting on the back of the card. The card measures roughly 3.75" x 2.75". Please review the attached pictures to assist with the condition and content of the card. The 1954 Stark & Wetzel cards were a promotional campaign where an Indianapolis 500 Winners card would be inserted in the packaging of one of their meat products. There are a total of 37 cards in this set, and they are very rare. As of this posting, a total of 85 cards have been submitted to PSA for grading, and only two Ray Keech cards. Ray Keech was born in Pennsylvania in 1900 and ran his first Indianapolis 500 in 1928 when he finished fourth. Keech would win the 500 the following year but lose his life in an accident at Altoona just 16 days later. He would only run 11 Championsip races and win four of them.
