Description: This is a Vintage playbill from the November 16, 1997 performance of the Broadway musical CHICAGO at the Shubert Theater in New York City. Appearing in the performance that evening were Marilu Henner, Bebe Neuwirth, James Naughton and Joel Grey. Also included with the playbill are two understudy notices. There is a RARE MISPRINT contained in the playbill; the back of the first page is blank, the front of the second page is blank and creased, the back of the third page is blank as well as the front of the fourth page. This misprinting pattern carries forward to the last four pages of the playbill as well. Another oddity is that the third page from the back looks to be two printed sheets sandwiched together at the bottom of the pages, but separate at the top, revealing two blank pages. All tolled there are eight blank white pages in the playbill. None of the printed pages, however, are missing as I compared this copy to another correct copy of the playbill. These misprints and creases occurred during the printing process. The only non-printing issues are a few light fingerprints in the solid black area on the front cover of the playbill, as well as some tiny water spots on the white border at the top of the front cover. This is a RARE MISPRINT of a very collectible playbill from a classic, highly acclaimed musical. Please look at all the photos. I ADDED NINE PHOTOS SINCE ORIGINAL LISTING!
