Description: 1999 Fender Custom Shop Stratocaster 1963 Reissue The serial number is "R4737" and the COA is dated to November 1999. The pots also date to July 1999. The body is in excellent condition overall and has no major dings or scratches. There is checking in several areas with the most noticeable being by the neck plate and side of the lower horn. This one was gigged quite a bit and was not made as a Relic, so all of the checking and wear is natural. Nothing out of the ordinary for a vintage guitar and no cracks or structural issues.The neck is straight and the frets show only light wear. It's in excellent playing condition and has no major issues. The fretboard, back of the neck and headstock are clean and have no dings, worn areas, cracks, repairs or extra holes. The nut is 1.65" wide, the neck measures 0.84" thick at the 1st fret and 0.96" thick at the 12th fret.The hardware and electronics are original and in excellent working condition. It comes in the original case which has some light wear on the outside. All of the latches, hinges and handle are in excellent working order and the interior has no bad odors. All included paperwork and accessories are shown in the photos.Actual weight for the guitar is 8 lbs 3 oz.Please note that I do not set up my guitars before mailing. I have played it and everything is great as far as I'm concerned, but you may need to change the strings, adjust the action or do other maintenance to get it to your preferences.I list some of my items on both eBay and Reverb.
