Description: This fine Italian late 19th c. enamel painting on porcelain features a young boy. It is painted in the Romantic style and is appropriately framed in a late 19th c. Italian gilded frame with the label of a Florentine picture dealer (I acquired this frame some years back). The painting is done in beautiful detail on a convex piece of porcelain. It is unsigned but it has a circled monogram and number impressed on the reverse. The image size of the miniature is 2.5" x 3.25". Its framed size is 4.5" x 5.25".
