Description: Here I have a unique 19th century rye straw basket . Nice large size, shaped like a bowl. Made from tightly bound bundles of rye straw coiled around to form the basket. It is a great large size, measuring 12 1/2 inches by 4 inches deep. Unique and super rare to be painted this nice grey color. Great large size , well made.
