2007 Gibson Custom Shop Les Paul Stars and Stripes Class 5 American Flag Guitar

Description: Pristine Auctions is proud to present this awesome 2007 Gibson Custom Shop Les Paul Class 5 with the stars and Stripes finish. This one is quite the find as these Stars and Stripes Gibson are super rare with extremely limited production and in high demand. This instrument is currently on consignment as an Estate Piece at Pristine Auctions. This instrument originally purchased for the sole purpose of being a display piece in a home bar and it appears to have very little play time since 2007. The tone is incredible that resonates out of this guitar, and has the most impressive low end response. It's everything one would expect from a Custom Shop Gibson regarding tone and playability. We are listing the condition as conservatively very good. Although it does not have any dings, dents or any player's wear, it did spend its life in a Bar environment on display where there was smoking. This has caused the instrument to yellow/age some (think of an Alpine White Custom). The instrument also has some smell of Smoke to it. The paper work is missing, the original case is missing, the strap buttons have been changed out to Schaller, and the ABR-1 bridge has been replaced with a locking bridge. We do not have the original parts but it would not cost much as all it would need are strap pins and an ABR-1. This is being offered at a huge discount with everything mentioned taken into consideration as these go for huge money if they are super clean. This is also a great opportunity if someone wants to gig with one of these and doesn't want to spend the huge money to get a nicer one. We just completed a fresh professional set up with D'Addario 10-46 Gauge Electric Guitar Strings, gave the instrument a nice cleaning and a fret polish, and serviced/cleaned all the electronics and pots. She absolutely does play effortlessly up and down the fret board. The frets are still new and it looks like it was never actually played at all.
