I do not want to give an opinionated guess on the card being in great condition and being wrong. Most cards are scanned using a High Resolution scanner, and are scanned with a penny sleeve on them. They are protected from getting scratched/damaged during the scanning process. Light scratches that are seen on the scans are on the penny sleeve and not the card in most cases. Also some images may seem a bit warped from the scan. This is not an error card unless stated.
