Description: Penn Antique Restoration 24"x77" Antique Solid Wood Interior Door w/5 Panels Handsome, antique, closet door salvaged from an old, home in Northeastern Pennsylvania. It is made of solid Douglas Fir and completely painted. It's quite heavy for it's size. There are 5 raised panels on both sides. Hardware: The door is not equipped with any hardware. However, we have a good selection of hardware to outfit them (check out our eBay store). * If you would like any of the hardware holes plugged with solid wood, please email us for a quote. Quirks & Considerations: The door was originally 28" but cut down to 24", we could build it back up to 28"--Email us for a quote. The door's width was unevenly cut by 1/4" and the height by 3/8". The cuts were most likely made to accommodate a warped floor or sagging foundation. We could cut the door to an even 24" x 77 1/4" or cut it narrower/shorter, or even build it up to be wider/taller--email us for a quote. Condition: The door is strong, sturdy, and in great structural condition. It has 2 cracked panels (see 2 last photos) which we could repair--message us for a quote. Otherwise, the door just has nicks and scratches; no breaks, gouges, rot, warp, or any other serious issues. Most of the blemishes that it has will disappear after sanding, prior to refinishing or repainting, and whatever remains will be subtle, "character marks Strip/Refinish: We could strip/refinish, or partially or completely strip the door to prepare it for you to repaint or refinish. We have MANY photos of doors that we've restored that could give you an idea of how this door could clean up. Email us with a small description of what you would like done, and we'll give you a quote. Swing: The door has no hinge mortises (slots or pockets) so you could install your hinges anywhere on the hinge stile and define the door's swing. Modification: We could also modify the door to fit your opening or suite your needs. We could make a frame, trim or add to the height or width, replace panels with glass, reverse the swing, plug the hardware holes, etc. Email us with a small description of what you would like done, and we'll give you a quote. Dimensions: 24" - 24 1/4" x 77 1/4" - 77 5/8" x 1 3/8" Too tall, short, wide or narrow? We could increase or decrease the height and/or width--email us for a quote.
