There is smaller than dime sized non-feelable spot on s8 (2nd to last photo), nothing else notable on the other 7 sides, above average codnition shellac. Labels have a couple nicks around the holes (nap), holes are fine. Graded visually. This comes with the 6 x 8 inch 4-page flyer that came with this (photo). The album is nice too, a mark on left front cover, a spine bottom corner ding--could be glued and cosmetically repaired some, spot on back right, mild wear and flaws besides, minor corner dings, sleeves seams + spine is solid, nice shape for a 12" album, nothing else notable, see photos above.
