Fleeman, and The Lexicographical Achievement of Johnson, by Dr. Brian O'Kill, small folio, 16pp., plus, a facsimile of the first issue of Johnson's Plan of the Dictionary of the English Language Very good condition: the weight and largeness of the volumes have naturally parted the binding on the spine (see image from above), but the books are nonetheless sturdy and are suffer no structural issues, both editions feel good to hold and open and close. Only known writing throughout entire set is in small pencil on title page of first edition, could be easily erased. Rare limited edition premium collector's edition volumes, historically important text from the eccentric literary genius Dr. Samuel Johnson.
