Description: Alfred Meakin Medway Blue Decor Multicolor Set of 4 Cups & Saucers This is a set of 4 cups and saucers made by Alfred Meakin in England. The pattern is called Medway from the decor line. It features a bright blue flower, fruit and leaf design all over the plate with a blue arch border near the shoulder. The yellows, greens, purples and reds are hand applied on the flowers and fruits with the background a creamy white. Each saucer measures 5 3/4" across. The cups stand 2" tall. Set is in very good, gently used condition with no chips, nicks or cracks. There is some crazing in the glaze due to age. Please view the photos for a better description.
