Description: This is an old 19th Century late 1800s hand painted porcelain plaque of a lady portrait signed by Wagner the premier artist of the era. The frame measures 4 5/8" from top of bow to bottom of the ormolu and is 2 3/8" wide. The plaque is in its original frame and measures 2" by 2 1/2". The gold gilt French frame features garland and has a bow pivoting crest. Under a loupe I see a couple tiny microscopic pin head paint rubs on her hair not worth me noting. See close up.
