Frederick Dohrmann's name wasn't added to the business until1886, making this plate dates 1881-1886 based onDohrmann moving back to Germany in 1881 to purchasehigh quality stock and sending it back to California. B. Nathan's is considered to be one of California'searliest department stores, and one of the largest. Weighs 12 ounces. Measurements:8 and 1/2" in diameter, 7/8" in height.
