Description: Beautiful rare Simon Halbig 1339 made for Louis Lindner & Sohne. She has beautiful blue sleep eyes. When you lay her back eyes don’t close by themselves. They can close if you do it manually. She has pierced ears. One ear has a small chip. Buckram pate. I think her wig is mohair, but maybe synthetic. I can’t tell the difference myself. She is wearing a maroon velveteen dress that has 2 layers underneath. Dress is pinned in places. Lace bib is pinned on. She has newer slip, bloomers and socks. Body has its original patina. I think at least arms and legs are wood. Body has the usual cracks, chips that antique dolls have. Please look at all pictures as they are part of the description. Doll stand is not included.
