Description: Antique Heraldry of the Roman Catholics-Coat of Arms Letterpress Printer Block 1800s-1900s. This is a great piece of history to add to your religious collection. If you zoom in on photo 8, you will see the printers identification number(s). Approx. measurements are; 3" L x 7/8" W x 4-1/8" H. I am no expert but tried researching as much as possible. This is what I found... They used copper for printer blocks around 1820 to the early 1900's. They realized there were stronger metals which could produce greater numbers of impressions, these were added to the copper around the 19th century. I also tried researching the exact church/administration but had no luck. Still is just fabulous! Listing is for the Antique Heraldry of the Roman Catholics-Coat of Arms Letterpress Printer Block only as all other objects are for prop use. Please ask questions before bidding/purchasing as I do not accept returns. If a return is initiated and required by eBay, I will refund money ONLY after receiving item(s) back. The refund will EXCLUDE any shipping costs incurred by seller. Thank you.
