Description: Prewar 26” skiptooth balloon tire wheel set. Came off an early 1930’s Elgin. Has working New Departure Series D rear hub. The threads are in good shape and the rims are straight on both wheels. No physical damage. Both hubs will need a proper cleaning. The rims have rust in sections, but the set should restore nicely.
