Description: RS Prussia Ferner Planter Bowl I believe this is called a ferner/fernery or maybe is the bulb planter bowl. It has 4 feet and is approx. 7 1/2" wide and 4" high. It is in excellent condition with no chips, flakes, cracks or hairlines. There are mostly pink roses and one or 2 yellow roses and green leaves.
