Description: This offering is for a pair of antique early mid 19th century folk art grain paint decorated wooden picture frame, the colors are a muted umber and black. The color and graining are fairly vivid and the paint is overall in excellent condition. It's hard to say for sure because they were puttied over but I think the nails are square. The sight size of the frame is app. 11 1/8" by 14 1/8" and overall size is app. 14" by 17". The rabbit is 11.75" by 15" The frame has very minor light wear that includes typical small rubs and scratches but nothing visibly distracting.
