The ring has a good strong 9ct yellow gold band around to a lovely typical solitaire setting. In the setting is a real mined white diamond which is approx 0.20ct in size or between 3-4mm & is a brilliant cut, circular, faceted & securely claw set, with all claws good & secure. Although this diamond is small its a very pleasing diamond, crisp clear with good clarity & a sparkling twinkle & as with real diamonds there may be minute marks, but certainly nothing that detracts & eye clean, see pics. The ring has a full set of english hallmarks for London, 9ct gold & 1997 & is ring size L . This really is a lovely vintage diamond solitaire ring in very good origional complete condition that looks lovely worn & would make a lovely gift. Please note i have taken a pic of it on my hand with my rings, so you can see how it looks & size etc against other rings.
