She is by Eegee and is hard plastic with bouncy blonde curls and blue sleep eyes with eyelashes. Her shoulders and hips move. She is wearing a yellow polka dot dress which has a little attached slip, white underwear, socks and shoes. She has a matching polka dot hair bow. She is 25" tall. The back of her neck is marked EEGEE 25M 19. This doll is in excellent vintage condition, no smells, no damage, she has some light shelf scuffs on her calves - see pic.
