All items are new in mint condition unless stated otherwise above. All items come in their original packaging with all paperwork. We will inspect items to confirm they are mint or upon request.Insurance, shipping & handling in U.S. is FREE. Payment can be made with PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. We ship through UPS ground; all packages are shipped 1 to 2 days after payment is received and are insured for their full value. Returns: If you wish to return an item you purchased from FairyTales-Inc, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for fees incurred to return items to FairyTales-Inc. Credit for the item will not be issued until FairyTales-Inc receives the item in its original condition it was received. We will not accept items that are returned with out notice. All returns must have a FairyTales-Inc return Authorization number on the box. Damages caused in shipping must be report to FairyTales-Inc with in 3 days after the item is received. We will issue a shipping call tag for the item to be picked up or destroyed. We will not accept items returned without notice. Holiday Shipping: For the Christmas Holiday, Orders must be placed and paid for by 2:00 PM on December 15, to be received by December 24, in the Continental United States.
