Description: This antique baby doll by Armand Marseille is a rare find for collectors. With a solid bisque dome head, open mouth, and 2 lower teeth, this doll is made of cloth material with composition arms and legs. It has beautiful painted features, blue glass, and sleep eyes, and comes with a very long christening gown. The doll has a light complexion, blonde hair, and blue eyes. It measures 22 inches in length and has a flange socket head. Made in Germany during the 1920s, this vintage doll is a perfect addition to any collection. Condition: generally very good, large size head 15 1/2" circumference, beautiful antique extra long christening gown and undergarments, a few tiny holes, minor flaws and crazing to composition limbs and body, chipping of right foot large toe. The head will be shipped separately from the body and attaches to the body with wire. If you prefer that I attach the head, please make the request.
