Unfortunately it has also been sitting in a back yard under tarps for 20 years.As far as I can tell the pile is mostly still in good condition, but there's definitely some rot around the edges. Maybe it just adds character?Pile includes 2x4, 2x8, 2x various,1x various, and flooring, mostly 12 feet long it looks like.I am selling this lumber AS-IS, WHERE-IS. I have not inspected the pile for condition.
