Elton John and Billy Joel toured together for many years. In these concerts, they covered each other’s hits and sang their own songs, too. And, of course, they sang together. This hat was distributed to promote a 1998 HBO concert “Elton John & Billy Joel Live in Vienna, Face to Face.” Some of you are probably saying “Hey, wait a second! There was no such concert!” And you wouldn’t be wrong. Joel got sick and couldn’t perform and so a number of shows in their European tour were canceled, including this one. And that’s why this hat - and anything from this concert - is truly RARE. It’s a hat from a concert that never took place! Nobody likes to pay shipping, including us.
