Box of 4 Butter Knives Forged Stainless Steel Wood Handles Mid Century Mod Japan

Description: This is a boxed set of butter knives from Pacific Design. They were made in Japan. It is a lovely set of mid century modern butter knives. As you can see from the pictures, the stainless steel goes all the way through to the end, making for a nice heavy knife. Each one is 6" long. The knife is stainless steel and the handle is wood (maybe teak, but not marked). There are some minor scratches from age/use. The wood needs to be oiled, as it is a bit dry. They are as found, not polished or cleaned up. I bought many items from a mid-century modern home and these were way back in the cabinet. The box is quite worn, with tape on every corner of the lid. The bottom part is not taped but should be, as the corners are ripped. There are some age spots inside as well. A nice vintage set.
