I will always tell you the good and bad if there are issues with the book. One thing that I cannot tolerate is when I am looking at an item on Ebay and the seller has one sentence for the description of the item and one picture. It's like, you got to be kidding me? So yes, I do take a lot of time describing the item along with pictures but in do respect to you the buyer you deserve to know exactly what you are spending your money for. I would rather not sell you the book if it is not the condition that you are expecting. I travel all over the State Of Texas to seek out items that I know my customers will appreciate and enjoy for years to come and to possibly pass down to their children or grand children. It measures 6 1/2 X 9 1/2 X 1 1/2. The front and back dust jacket are in excellent condition with very light shelf wear. See photos #2,3 5,6.The spine is tight.The book looks like has been read very sparingly. It does not have any marks, no handwriting and no torn pages.Overall this is a beautiful book. If you have been in the market for this book and you want one in very excellent condition then look no more. You will not find many that are in better shape than this one.
