When you receive your new woofer via UPS fully insured there will be a return shipping label in the box, just repack your old woofers in our box and put the return label on the box. Then drop it off at any CVS or UPS location. When we receive your cores we will inspect them and if there is no frame damage we will refund you the discussed amount via eBay refund.
