Description: Up for sale is a fantastic, CLAed (Cleaned/Lubed/Adjusted) example of a classic lens for Bell and Howell Eyemo-moutn 35mm cine cameras, the Miltar 6" (152mm) T3.7 (f/3.5) by General Scientific. This lens, kitted in military-style black, features the Eymo-style round mount and in testing appears to be designed for Academy-35 coverage. Vintage is Circa mid-1950's, and the markings on the lens indicate it was manufactured in Chicago, IL. This particular example is in excellent vintage condition with light exterior wear. The front glass coatings have a few minor markings, but are otherwise free of scratches/haze/fungus. Additionally, this lens has been completely disassembled and cleaned/lubed/adjusted for like-new performance, including extremely smooth focus and aperture action.
