Ordered in error and there are no refunds once opened. By Customer on October 22, 2015 I didn't realize that this is NOT A REPLACEMENT FILTER when I ordered it. Once I had put it on my machine, I realized the mistake and there are NO REFUNDS once you open it. So I was stuck with this (and had to order a filter). However, since I had it I thought I might as well use it. Turns out my machine REALLY needed this! I had been getting white particles in the water and a few people who came to my house commented on a slight taste that was not pleasant to the water, which I didn't notice myself. I thought it was the water in the newer place I moved to that wasn't so good. However, since I did the cleaning it made my machine a LOT better. No more white particles coming out and the water is clear and tastes better. The person who sold me this never told me you had to clean them every so often and how. This actually works very well! I would rate it 5, had the seller made this information more clear, as to what I was ordering in the first place. It has made me suspicious that I am not the only sucker who bought this by mistake.
