Description: Nice fossil Angustidens (Megalodon ancestor) shark tooth. Recovered in South Carolina. Great preservation. Some root loss but remaining root is solid. Very shiny enamel. Great serrations with a nick or two. Tip has small nick. Nice colors. Solid and heavy tooth. Measures approximately 2.12" L x 1.40" W. See photos for condition. Enamel appears to have been buffed as is commonly done. From a South Carolina estate collection. Great opportunity to obtain a fossil Angustidens shark tooth at a good price!
