Description: This vintage D. Peres hobo/picnic/ camp knife is a real unique, highly detailed and rare find for collectors. The master blade is 3” long with a plain edge and sports its original mirror finish. The black buffalo horn handles have NO CRACKS which is almost unheard of with bolsters at each end. Yes there are some chips from wear, but the handles are solid. All the tools open and close cleanly and everything is in fantastic condition. The liners are heavily coined and the three sections come apart and reassemble smoothly. ALSO NOTE the size of this knife is larger than the hobo knives typically seen. A beautiful and rare piece for sure. Please see all of the pictures. Knife is 4” closed in length. Highly crafted in Solingen, Germany likely in the 1930’s this very original knife is a great addition to any collection. Don't miss out on the chance to own this vintage folding knife. Thank you for looking and best of luck!
