Description: This hard-to-find antique Early American Pattern Glass spooner by Ohio Flint Glass is a well-maintained example of patterns developed and then copied during the early industrial production of pattern glass in the U.S. It appears to be a piece belonging to a table set with a covered sugar, a creamer and a tray. This piece has the Krys-Tol mark. It stands 3 1/2" high and has a top diameter of 4". Azmoor pattern concepts may have been copied from Fostoria's Virginia design, or vise versa. https://emuseum.its.iastate.edu/objects/11074/ohio-flint-glass-co-no-45-azmoor-aka-horseshoe-comet There are no cracks, chips or fleabites. Normal minor signs of wear are present, but little shelf marking. As with EAPG, Depression Glass, and other vintage glass, there may be slight 'character' marks, bubbles, ripples and mold marks on bottoms or sides from the original mold and/or production process.
