EAPG Clear and Diamond Panels full size spooner clear glass Victorian

Description: For sale is a lovely piece of early American pattern glass. My picture was added to the EAPG database as "Clear and Panels" full size spooner, by an unknown maker. Has a few tiny chips on the diamond points, and the rim is rough on the outside all the way around- a few chippy spots are visible to the eye but the roughness is consistent so I think it may be the way it was molded.
