The bell itself measures approx 3 inches (75mm) tall by 2 7/8 inches (72mm) in diameter, and is made from solid brass. (The bell is mounted on a strong spring, and would be suited for use as a door mounted bell, or a servant type bell). It gives a good loud, clear ring. It is in good, antique condition with light wear consistent with its age, but no damage or repairs. This is a fine example of its type and it would make a great addition to any collection.
