Size: Sixth plate. Dimensions: Case: 94mm long x 82mm wide. Photographers signiture: Unsigned. Condition: Some very minor tarnishing to the plate, minor surface scratching to the glass cover, the gilt metal mount is tarnished and has spots of verdigris. An old repair to the hinge, some very minor wear to the leather case. Overall very good. Wear commensurate with age and use. Notes: A very nice quality Victorian daguerreotype of a seated man and his wife. There is a note that says the couple are 'Josiah & Mary S Perry'.
