I don't know how the fit will be for a normal size 10 but they may be a little too small/tight, since they are Skinny. *** These have right at the same measurements as the size 8 pair that I have listed. These may be too small /tight for a normal size 10. You will have to be the judge on if these will fit You/Your Body Type/Shape from my measurements compared to Yours and what type of fit You like. They are Stretchy and the Waist can Stretch too. They Do have Belt Loops where You can add a belt, if needed. They Do Not have a Drawstring.
