It is new with blemishes and comes as shown in the pictures. This item has multiple clips on the cover that are broken and some of the fins on the condensers have been bent and are pictured. There is a metal box inside the item that needs to be fastened with (4) screws and is currently not installed. This item does not come with any additional pieces or any mounting hardware and additional hardware is needed to fasten the cover to the unit. All information is shown on the tag in the pictures. This item measures roughly 34" long X 27" wide X 14" high. For more information please contact a dealer in your area.
