Description: This is an original 12 track Australian LP release of Gene McDaniels' 6th album on Liberty entitled ''Tower Of Strength". Gene McDaniels was a major hit recording artist in the early 60s thanks to a great voice and the amazing production work of Snuff Garrett via US LIberty Records. His first big one was "A Hundred Pounds Of Clay" and that was quickly followed by such gems as "Tower Of Strength'', "Point Of No Return", "Chip Chip" and "Spanish Lace". In 1970, he moved to Atlantic using his full name of Eugene McDaniels. He died in 2011 at the age of 76. This mono album was released in 1962. Please see Photo Gallery for the track listing. Condition: Both sides audibly graded as VG, The vinyl comes in a plain white paper sleeve within the photo cardboard sleeve.
