Description: This two handled earthenware vase with a brownish green glaze by George E Ohr, (The Mad Potter of Biloxi) was handmade between 1880-1910. It measures approximately 4 1/4" wide and 3 3/4" high. It is stamped Geo E Ohr, Biloxi USA on the bottom of the vase. It is very delicate with walls less than 1/8" thick. The vase is in excellent condition without any repairs, restorations, touchup, etc. Please see photos to further access item's condition and measurements which are approximate. George E Ohr's work is on display at the Smithsonian museum. This vase was found with my grandfather's things from World War I. Free shipping within the USA.
