Description: Ampex 456 Grandmaster Studio Mastering Audio Tape on metal 10 1/2 inch reel, tape from 90's, 1/2 inch tape by 2500'. reel and box in very good condition, box very solid, (although writing on the box, and reel, see photos,) used some white out on most writing. the tape is not erased, may need to be baked, not sure if the tape can be used or not, tape was stored tails out. and in room temperature controlled studio cabinet. Sold my machine and did not get another, so no way to erase or check out the tape. I have several of these (14) at the moment. if you want more than one message and will help with shipping.
