Outside has top part blue glazed. Then pattern pressed in with subtle glaze highlights. Very nice work but they are unsigned. Creamer stands about 5" tall, base diameter of about 2.5", nice applied handle. The sugar is open, standing about 3" tall with about a 4" diameter. They are in perfect new, unused condition. As always, happy to combine to save on shipping.
