The Houze Glass company had a storied history from its founding in1914 to its closing in 2004. The pitcher was produced using "swung" technique, made by pressing the glass into a mold and then swinging when partially cool in a pendulum motion to elongate it. The technique was popular in the 1970s and 1980s.The pitcher is in excellent condition. No damage of any kind.The pitcher measures 10 1/2" high and 3 1/2" in diameter.Buy with confidence.
