ENGINE IS REMAN WITH NEW MAIN BEARINGS, ROD BEARINGS, THRUST BEARINGS, LINERS , PISTONS, RINGS,WRIST PINBUSHING CIR CLIPS , SEALS AND GASKET THERMOSTAT,NEW INJECTORS, NEW OIL PUMP, NEW HEAD BOLTS, NEW ROD BOLTS, NEW BALANCER BUSHINGS Blocks, Crankshaft , Camshaft ,Head, Balancers are all inspected for cracks and vacuum tested or inspected and verified to be in OEM spec before engine building process starts Injection Pump are remanufactured in Our injection shop and set to OEM Specs Water pumps are replaced new or remanufactured All Engines are Tested to meet or exceed OEM Specs ALL items castings and blocks are washed in Ultrasonic Cleaning System Engine warranty and additional paper work will be provided when engine is purchased Engine has 1 yr warranty from date of invoice unlimited hours. There is a 1500.00 dollar refundable core charge in addition to the selling price that will need paid for before shipment of engine , core needs to be machine-able casting for full core credit and be returned like for like as for model number and spec and components not needed on new engine must be returned with the core engine . There will some part that will be need to be reused from Old engine to Reman engine: Starter, Alt, Sending Units , Fan , Fan Belt, Manifolds, Pulleys, Flywheel Housing ,Gasket are sent with the engine and rear seal is included if needed to change the bell housing Freight is Free In The Lower 48 States to Commercial Address Excluding CA, WA, OR, UT Residential Delivery's Due to Current Varying Freight Rates and Fees , If You are in the states or have residential address please email us for extra freight costs.
