It is a high end White Dot fountain pen, marketed to women. Manufacturer and Year Sheaffer, USA - circa 1975 Length 5-3/8" Filling System The fountain pen takes Sheaffer cartridges and can be filled from the bottle using the installed converter. Nib The fountain pen has a 14k fingernail-shaped fine nib called a "Stylpoint", new old stock and in perfect condition. Color Shiny black enamel with gold detail in the "Tulle" design.
