Description: Large Maltese Cross Red Pink Enamel Confetti Vintage Necklace Alan J Signed 20in This vintage Alan J. necklace is preowned and is in good condition for the right person. This necklace features a large non removable pendant in the shape of a Maltese cross. The cross is dark metal with gold tone rope trim along the edges. It also has colorful enameled confetti in red and pink like artwork scattered around. The center has a bead like center that is scattered with gold tone dots and black enamel background. The pendant measures approximately 2 & 5/8" long (bale included) x 2 & 3/8" wide. The pendant is hallmarked/signed on the back of the pendant. The necklace has a heavy looking chain with a very dark hue and multiple entwined linkages. The necklace measures approximately 20" from end to end and closes and locks with a fold over box clasp. Conditional issues are surface scratches, metal wear on the pendant and chain and wear around the clasp area. This necklace has been used quite a bit over the decades and it was made with nice quality. It is a statement style necklace that is sure to be commented upon.
